HISTORY

CTAG was formed in 2003 by Howell Lyons to provide the highest level of real estate experience and negotiating skill to office tenants. Since 2003, we have built a solid reputation with our clients for providing quality work and dependable service. Services include advising tenant clients on new leases, lease renewals and relocations with some disposition and restructuring work. Our fees for services provided are typically paid by landlords and otherwise by our tenant clients.

HOWELL LYONS-FOUNDER

Howell graduated from the University of British Columbia in 1984 with a Bachelor of Commerce (Urban Land Economics). Since graduation, Howell has worked in the commercial real estate industry in a number of senior positions as both a broker and landlord representative. Immediately prior to forming CTAG, Howell was the Leasing Manager for GWL Realty Advisors responsible for leasing a portfolio in excess of 1.8 million square feet. Since CTAG's inception, Howell has served in excess of 100 tenant clients. With over 26 years of commercial real estate experience and hundreds of transactions completed on behalf of both office landlords and tenants, Howell is able to provide an exceptional level of knowledge, insight and negotiation expertise to his tenant clients.
